We want you to wear your Boston Scally cap with pride, so if the fit isn't perfect or you're not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or swap.

Return Process

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Select whether you would like to exchange your cap for a different size or style, or if you prefer a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.
